Dr Jean Ziegler is Vice President of the Advisory Committee of the UN Human Rights Council. He has been professor of Sociology at the University of Geneva and Sorbonne, and United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food.
Professor Jean Ziegler is well known for his work on the right to food in the world. “there is no longer any objective shortage on this planet. Every child who dies of hunger in today's world has been murdered,” Dr. Ziegler says.
